Worked 12 to 9 today. Yes, 9 hours. Crazy, but I liked it, somehow. Today was somewhat a repeated routine. Did lobby at the start, but was called for fries within 5 mins. Did fries until about 2.30, then batch cook for 30 mins, then break. After that was lobby again, until around 5 when I went back to fries. Learnt how to make concentrated ice milo. It's a very long process.. But, quite fun. HAHA.. Then went back to batch cook at around 6, till 9. Lobby>fries>batch cook>lobby>fries>batch cook. It's a damned routine. Lol... But I wasn't tired. Some stuff happened to me today. I can now proudly claim that I can pack fries properly. It took me some time though, to establish a method of scooping enough fries. Haha! And, I actually got a papercut while doing fries. All because I was switching fry boxes too fast. Lol... Batch cook was fun. Was properly taught of grill cook. AND, a bit of 'Initiator'. Initiator is the one that prepares the buns and boxes for the burgers. Rather cool process but, I chose not to do it.. I dun wanna screw up.. Haha.. Maybe I'll get a chance to do Initiator in the coming weeks. Now my ankles are aching from standing too long. Lol... Soaking them.. Morning shift tmr. Gonna go crazy at peak hour! Okay, cya..
