Alright, here's my update! Rather long one for I'm typing what's on my mind, but basically, it'll be more on guitar and skates, so if you don't wanna get bored, skip to the youtube vids at the end and enjoy =D

SO... Skates. About two weeks since I've transition to slalom. Learning Fish, Snake and Cross was rather easy, though I've yet to perfect them. Finally can do my Nelson properly, now Cross Nelson's killing me.. LOL. I think I'll take somemore time to do backwards tricks. I cant even do back cross properly! Found out that my wheels are getting flat! It's a good thing for a slalomer! One more thing, I managed to go down SP's 4 slopes on my own without falling! Like finally! Possible urban this sat, idk if I want to rush down... =(

NEXT... Guitar! Well, my classmates brought their acoustic guitars last week. Taught each other what we know. Well, I'm kinda motivated to learn more songs and practice my guitar daily, even if I reach home at 11.30pm, I'll still sacrifice sleep and play my guitar for about an hour. Now my fretting fingers are hurting like crazy. I want them to season!!! Lol. Well, remembered I mentioned I learnt Numb's guitar on EG? Well, after bout 2 weeks, I learnt/am learning more songs! More Linkin Park songs: New Divide (EG rhythm), Bleed It Out (EG rhythm), Faint (EG rhythm), + Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day and Qing Tian by Jay Chou on acoustic. Well, the two acoustic songs are slightly harder, for they require more frequent chord-changes. Right now, I'm pondering over which distortion pedal to buy, a Danelectro Cool Cat CD-1; or a Boss DS-1.

Cool Cat looks really cool, and DS-1 looks really sturdy. Well, prices are about the same... Need more advice though...

Anw, I've agreed to become a Crew Leader. In about 4 months time, I might be bearing the name tag of a crew leader (well, the 1.5x pay too =D), and possibly, a new set of uniform next year. LOL...

Okay guys, I apologize for my lack of updates and my previous post. Well... Didn't post for 2 weeks, so....

Quick update:
- Term 2 begins, lessons are still as boring, and I am sleeping in class, as usual.
- Got back all my MST results. Well. 5 As and 1 B+, with my B+ 2 marks away from an A. Don't be amazed at my results. 4 of the As are just repeats of Sec 4 stuffs. Nothing much.
- Left wrist is slowly recovering. And I've been missing skates for almost 2 weeks. Going to slalom. I NEED MY CONES!
- Gave up on Maple and turned back to the interest I've neglected. GUITAR! Re-capped the songs I've learnt, and memorized another song on EG! Numb by Linkin Park! So tempted to get an acoustic guitar...
- Waiting for 14 Sept to come. LP's new album, A THOUSAND SUNS, is coming up! Well, first single debuts on 2 Aug.
- My K-Pop 'arsenal' is growing. Thanks to my K-Pop loving classmates. LOL...

Okay... Well, there's this urge for me to say something on this blog, which is, rather unsuitable for me to say it out on Facebook. Well... I want to be in a band. Seriously. My chosen path when I got my EG was a rhythm/back-up guitarist, so, after self-teaching for so long, it's time for people to teach me. Well, a band is the best way to start. Sadly, I know no one that plays drums or is a good vocalist, if not, I'll gather them and form a band. Haiz... Just a random thought... Okay.. Gtg...
