It was the hardest 4 hours at work today.. I almost died, literally. Punched in at 12, right before peak hour, and only 6 crew and a manager on duty. I seriously wanna kill the previous crew that was at fries. No fries at all before peak. Took 30 minutes to bring down the fries waiting time. We didn't have runners today. So the customers had to wait. In addition, I was the newest crew there, so I have to do lobby when called to. So, I'm doing 2 post at once. But, it felt more like 4 people's job. For fries, I have to 'basket' the fries (preparing the fries to be cooked), 'drop' fries (put them into the oil), and pack the fries. And I had to do this alone, there was no counter crew or crew leader to help. Lucky got Manager Zul helped me pack fries, or else sure kena customer complaints, and bosses' scolding. I hate fries, I hate lobby. Ffs, give me my batch cook!! Damn it.. leon
