Okay. My first long distance inline urban! Started off at ECP's Mac, with around 50+ people from SP and NP. Target was Plaza Singapura, all the way at Dhoby Ghaut. Headed westward till Fort Road. Had several human "Dragon" chains, broke up cos our leader went out of energy. Skated along pedestrian ways till Stadium Waterfront. Fell down at the end of the bridge cos I went to fucking fast and there was a whole bunch of people in my way. No serious injuries though. Caught Uruguay v Korea match, and Uruguay scored. NO!!! LOL.... Then continue skating towards Esplanade. Skated on the road for several minutes, then we went up to the Nicol Highway, on the pedestrian path, of course. Skated along the bumpy path, and reached the F1 track. Damn awesome! Skated like crazy as everyone was going damn fast. Almost fell again, cos I couldn't see the drain when I was trying to crossover to the pitstops. Stopped at the Singapore Flyer, and rest. Continued on towards Esplanade. I managed to jump across two drains without losing balance!! YEAH! Reached Esplanade at around 11.15pm. Was quite worried of missing the last train, so went off with 4 of my fellow clubmates. Skated to Raffles Place station. At one point, I was at the back, then the 4 in front dodged a little girl in their way. Going downslope, 3 succeeded but the last spun too much and fell. Damn epic. Reached Raffles Place, took off my skates, and trained home.
